PROCESSING TIMES

We are committed to processing all orders as quickly as possible, and in most cases, orders will be processed & will ship out within 2-5 business days.
Please however note that all of our jewellery is handmade to order - so please be patient, as orders may not ship out the day they are placed. 

 

 

UNITED KINGDOM - ROYAL MAIL

Free UK 2nd Class Standard

All orders will receive Free 2nd Class Standard for shipping within the UK. Delivery is Monday to Saturday (excluding UK Bank Holidays).

 1st Class Standard 

£1.5 GBP for all orders.Shipping usually takes around 1 - 2 business days after being processed, hand-made & shipped (as per Royal Mail guidance, please note that during peak times this may take a little longer). Delivery is Monday to Saturday (excluding Bank Holidays).

Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm®

£6.8GBP for all orders. Special Delivery usually take 1 day after being processed, hand-made & shipped (as per Royal Mail guidance). Delivery is Monday to Saturday (excluding Bank Holidays).

 

INTERNATIONAL- ROYAL MAIL

International Standard (no tracking available)

£4 GBP for international orders under £30. Free International Standard shipping for orders over £30. Shipping takes around  5-25 business days after being processed, hand-made & shipped (as per Royal Mail guidance, please note that during peak times this may take a little longer)*. Delivery is Monday to Saturday (excluding Bank Holidays).

International Tracked  & Signed For (Signature required on delivery)

£9.5 GBP for orders shipping outside UK. Shipping takes around  5-25 business days after being processed, hand-made & shipped (as per Royal Mail guidance, please note that during peak times this may take a little longer)*. Delivery is Monday to Saturday (excluding Bank Holidays). We recommend using a signed for/tracked service so that your orders are insured and available for tracking throughout their entire journey. 

INTERNATIONAL TAXES AND DUTIES

International customers (outside the UK) are responsible to pay any applicable inbound duties, taxes, and any other fees outlined by local Customs authority. All international packages are shipped DDU (duties and taxes unpaid), meaning these fees are not included in the price of goods purchased from our website. It is your responsibility to pay these fees in order to receive the parcel. We are unable to advise the amounts of what these fees might be, if applicable at all. Please contact your country's custom office for estimated charges and rates on packages coming from overseas.
